The site shows my work, the services I offer and how to get in touch. It is a portfolio, not a shop: nothing on it is an offer you can accept online, and prices, time frames and availability are a guide, not a promise.
The work shown here
The case studies show real projects. I share them with my clients' permission, and some details are simplified or left out to protect their business. Client names, logos and products belong to their owners. Numbers in the case studies are the results my clients measured at the time.
Using my content
The text, images and designs on this site belong to me or to the clients named with them. You are welcome to link to any page and to share a project with a link back to it.
Please do not copy the work, present it as your own, use it in your own portfolio, sell it, or collect it for datasets or for training AI models without my written permission.
Working together
Every project starts with its own written proposal and agreement, which set the scope, the timeline, the fees and who owns what at the end. That agreement always comes before these terms for anything about our work together.
Links to other sites
The site links to live client websites, to my booking page and to my profiles on other platforms. I do not control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
No guarantees
I keep the information here accurate and up to date to the best of my knowledge, but I cannot promise that it is complete or always correct, or that the site is always online and free of errors. You use the site at your own risk.
Liability
As far as the law allows, I am not liable for any damage that comes from using this site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow me to limit.

Dutch law applies to these terms. Any dispute goes to the competent court in Rotterdam, unless the law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
